This brand new greek establishment is set up in a “build-your-own meal” style. Customers can customize their own pita or bowl, complete with a protein (gyro, grilled chicken, steak, lentils)  sauce (Greek dressing, tzatziki, etc.) and variety of toppings (feta cheese, roasted red pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.).
