Finals are here. Treat yourself!

With finals quickly approaching, life becomes a little more stressful each day. Each day, another assignment gets thrown onto the to do list and with less time to be able to get everything done, it becomes difficult to set some time aside for yourself. Even though this time of the semester can become overwhelming, there are little things a student can do to make the stressful times easier.

Wawa runs!

There is nothing better than running to Wawa at one in the morning to grab a late night treat and maybe a little coffee to help finish an essay or a final project. No matter what time of day you decide to go, Wawa is always there to help and with their endless amounts of options to choose from, you are bound to find something that will give you that much needed energy boost.

Cool down at Jazzman’s!

Jazzman’s Cafe on Cabrini’s Campus has a variety of coffees, smoothies and desserts. Between classes stop by and treat yourself to something sweet! It’s a great way to say “good job” to yourself for getting through the toughest parts of the day.

Walk over to Eastern!

Eastern University is right across the street from Cabrini’s campus. The campus is really beautiful this time of year. Students can go over to simply enjoy the scenery or walk around with friends. Going outside to get some fresh air along with the beauties of nature is definitely refreshing and relaxing.

Take a quick nap or do nothing!

Taking a quick power nap or a do nothing break for about 30 minutes is a great way to treat yourself. This kind of break allows anyone to recharge and feel a little more ready to take on the rest of the day.

Watch Netflix!

Taking a break from studying by watching a quick episode of your favorite show will definitely help any student by putting them in a better mood. Just don’t get carried away and watch too many episodes!

Play some video games!

Set aside some time to zone out and play your favorite video games to get away from all of the school work for a bit. Video games are a great way to get your mind off of everything for a little while.

Go to the gym!

Exercise is a great way to help someone feel more inspired. When you accomplish one thing such as going to the gym and getting a good workout, you will feel ready to take on every assignment.
