Cabrini College is known for holding events on campus for the students to have fun. Different types of events are offered on campus but students also have that opportunity to go off campus for the trips, as well. The Student Engagement and Leadership office offers a plethora of activities throughout the entire year.

For those who do not know about these trips, the Unforgetaways are six individual trips that are planned throughout the spring semester. This semester the trips include: laser tagging, ice skating, a Flyers game, a Sixers game, the Baltimore Aquarium, a day in Philly and a surprise epic trip at the end of the semester.

“Our main goal is to get people involved on campus, making sure people aren’t just sitting in their dorms and getting to know different people,” Frankie Formisano, a office assistant in the office, said.

From the first day of classes up until the day of the trip, students can buy tickets. Not only are these trips fun and exciting but the tickets are also a lot cheaper than buying them separately. The most expensive ticket is about $15 as opposed to the regular price of more than $30.

As for the Surprise Epic Trip, SEaL has done a great job keeping people clueless. But, information will be released closer to the day, until then the epic directors have made sure to keep everyone out of the loop until further notice.

Not only do these trips sound exciting, but they are also a great way to experience something new, while meeting new people. For those who are sick of sitting in their dorm rooms every weekend, this is a great opportunity for them to step out of their comfort zone and have some fun with their friends.

Rasheeda Brumskill, a Psychology major, has experienced a trip held at Dorney Park.

“I’m a very adventurous person, I love to have fun so I would definitely go on one of these trips again,” Brumskill said. “Just be on the lookout for things. The trips you don’t normally go on are offered to you right on campus and you don’t even have to worry about the transportation. They take care of everything for you.”
